  • Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract which is sent out when inquiries are received to secure your event date.

  • YES! While Most our packages and items can be done as a DIY customer pick up we also offer delivery only and full delivery and set up options for an additional fee.

  • Nope! While our DIY balloon packages are our most popular the majority of our rentals can be picked up or made into DIY packages; including: tables,chairs, linens, yard games, snack machines, other balloon installs, floral add ons and more. Just ask and we can customize items for DIY!

  • Yes. Bookings are not finalized without a signed rental contract.

    Contracts are required for all rentals, regardless of whether the customer chooses pickup or delivery and setup.

  • Yes. A nonrefundable 20% booking retainer is required to finalize all bookings.

    Additionally, for customer pick ups a refundable $50 security deposit is required and will be refunded when items are returned.
